FRY, Judge.
{1} In this case, we must decide whether a Utah funeral home established sufficient minimum contacts with New Mexico to justify a New Mexico court’s exercise of personal jurisdiction over the funeral home. The funeral home contracted with an Ohio shipping company to prepare Plaintiffs’ relative’s (Decedent’s) body for shipping from Utah, where Decedent died, to New Mexico, her residence.
