Mose Pettigrew was a fullblocd Chickasaw Indian and h's allotment was located in what is now Pontotoc county, where he died in 1905. He was married to Louvinia Pettigrew, also a full-blood Chickasaw, and to this union one child, Bynum Pettigrew, was horn. Mose and L.ouvinia Pettigrew separated, and afterwards Mose Pettigrew and a woman who appears in this record under the name of Julia Jonnson, one of the plaintiffs in error here, who was also a full-blood Chickasaw, lived together and to' them two childr n, Foster Pettigrew and Hinabe Pettigrew, were born One of the children, Foster, died,…
