This is an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court affirming a judgment of the District Court of the Third Judicial District of Bergen county on the verdict of the jury in favor of the plaintiff-respondent. The plaintiff sued the railroad company to recover damages resulting to her from the failure of its ticket agent to deliver to her a commutation ticket for which she asked and paid, and for delivering to her a commutation ticket that read Mr. I.
