Brian Edward Reynolds was charged with receiving child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252 (count two), en ticement of a minor to engage in illicit sexual activities in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2422 (count three), and two counts of production of child pornography involving separate victims in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2251 (counts one and four). Prior to trial, the government dismissed count one for the production of child pornography involving A.G.
