In Re the Estate of Kuralt

¶1 Susan Bowers and Lisa Bowers Wbdte (“Bowers and White”) appeal from the Order Denying Petition for Appointment of Successor Co-Personal Representatives issued by the Fifth Judicial District Court, Madison County. The Appellants raise one issue: whether the District Court erred when it denied their petition for appointment. We reverse and remand for proceedings consistent with this opinion.
