J. RANDAL HALL, District Judge.

After a careful, de novo review of the file, the Court concurs with the Magistrate Judge’s Report and Recommendation, to which objections have been filed. Accordingly, the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge is ADOPTED as the opinion of the Court. 1 Therefore, the pri- or motions to dismiss the indictment are NULLITIES (doc. nos. 44, 56), and Defen dant’s supplemental motion to dismiss is DENIED (doc. no. 82).
