Appeal from an order of the County Court of Albany County (Lynch, J.), entered March 4, 2014, which classified defendant as a risk level three sex offender pursuant to the Sex Offender Registration Act.
In 2010, defendant pleaded guilty in federal court to one count of receipt of child pornography {see 18 USC § 2252A [a] [2]) that rendered him subject to the Sex Offender Registration Act (see Correction Law §§ 168-a [2] [d]; 168-d).
