—Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the respondent Police Commissioner of the City of New Rochelle, dated July 7, 1992, which, after a hearing, found the petitioner capable of returning to light duty status with the New Rochelle Police Department and directed him to return to duty.

Adjudged that the determination is confirmed and the proceeding is dismissed on the merits, with costs.
