Alderman, III, (hereinafter “Mr. Alderman”) was initiated by the Lawyer Disciplinary Board’s (hereinafter “Board”) Investigative Panel and filed with this Court by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel (hereinafter “ODC”) on October 15, 2010.
