THIS MATTER is before the Court upon the Defendant, Ronnie Whitlock’s Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction (DE 9), Motion to Dismiss, or, Alternatively, to Transfer Venue of this Action based upon the Application of the “First-Filed” Rule (DE 10), and Motion to Continue Hearing of Plaintiffs Motion for Preliminary Injunction until the Court has Determined if it has Personal Jurisdiction over the Defendant (DE 11).
