Defendant, Robert M. Hafeli, appeals his jury conviction in St. Louis County Circuit Court of Manslaughter by Culpable Negligence, Section 559.070 RSMo 1969 1 for which he was sentenced to the Department of Corrections and Human Resources for a term of four years.
