John Lee Hill was charged in a bill of information with the violation of LRS 14:-285 in that he, on October 17, 1962, unlawfully made a local anonymous telephone call to a named female wherein he used vulgar, obscene, profane, loud [lewd], lascivious and indecent language and threats.
