In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from an amended interlocutory judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Gurahian, J.), entered February 20, 1991, which, upon a jury verdict on the issue of liability only, is in favor of the defendant Pierce V. Gallagher.

Ordered that the amended interlocutory judgment is affirmed, with costs.
