WHITE, Judge.

Defendant appeals the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion after an evidentiary hearing. We affirm in part, reverse in part and remand for resentencing.

A jury convicted defendant of: (1) four counts of forcible rape; (2) two counts of felonious restraint; (3) one count of kidnapping; (4) two counts of armed criminal action; (5) one count of sodomy; (6) one count of second degree assault; and (7) one count of stealing over $150.00.
