Plaintiff Richard Peters, a prisoner in the custody of the Nevada Department of Corrections ("NDOC"), sued Defendants in this Court based on Defendant Gayleen Fukajama having allegedly pulled a medical device off of Plaintiff's arm, causing him pain and injury.
