This vaccine injury case comes before the Court on Petitioner’s Motion for Review of the Special Master’s decision, Guerrero v. Sec’y of Health & Human Servs., No. 12-689V, 2015 WL 3745354, 2015 U.S. Claims LEXIS 757 (Fed. Cl. Spec. Mstr.
