MORRIS, District Judge.
This is a bill filed January 14, 1898, by the Brunswick Terminal Company and others, creditors of the Brunswick State Bank, a corporation chartered by the state of Georgia, which failed and was declared insolvent in May, 1893. The ■object of the bill is to enforce in behalf of the creditors of said Brunswick State Bank against the National Bank of Baltimore, an alleged stockholder, a statutory liability equal to the par value of the stock in the Brunswick State Bank at one time standing in the name of said National Bank of Baltimore.
