In this disciplinary proceeding, disciplinary counsel and the attorney-respondent, Mark Stephen Gregory (Gregory or respondent), entered into a Stipulation of Facts which formed the basis for the Complaint. The respondent further stipulated that his conduct violated all of the sections of the Code of Professional Responsibility alleged in the Complaint and the specified Rules of the Supreme Court concerning discipline.
