This matter is before the Court on attorney Rebekah Nett’s appeal from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota’s January 4, 2012 Order for Sanctions. For the reasons set forth below, the Court affirms the decision of the bankruptcy court.

I. BACKGROUND

On March 23, 2011, an entity called Ye-hud-Monosson USA, Inc. (“Yehud”) filed a Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition in the Southern District of New York. The case was transferred to the bankruptcy court for the District of Minnesota and was subsequently converted to Chapter 7. Issues arose…
