James Kennedy Copeny, Jr., Jaryn Ware, and Kenneth George Hinton were tried together and each convicted of armed robbery,1 hijacking a motor vehicle,2 and two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.3 Copeny and Ware appeal,4 each contending that the evidence adduced at trial is insufficient to sustain his conviction.
