— Judgment unanimously modified and, as modified, affirmed, without costs, in accordance with the following memorandum: The parties were married in October, 1971 and separated in June, 1981. Plaintiff wife was granted a judgment of divorce based upon defendant’s cruel and inhuman treatment. Defendant’s appeal relates only to the trial court’s distribution of marital property and its award of maintenance to plaintiff.
