MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER RE: DEFENDANT’S “MOTION FOR ORDER GRANTING RELIEF FROM JUDGMENT OF CONTEMPT”
G. HARVEY BOSWELL, Bankruptcy Judge.
The Court conducted a hearing on the defendant’s “Motion for Order Granting Relief from Judgment of Contempt” on September 10, 2008 and October 20, 2008. Fed. R. BanxR.P. 9014. Resolution of this matter is a core proceeding. 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2). The Court has reviewed the testimony from the hearing and the record as a whole.
