Woods, Judge:

This case concerns the validity of a certain paving assessment made against property owners on East Princeton Avenue in the= City of Bluefield.

Section 50 of the Charter of the City of Blnefield places authority in the hoard of directors of said city to cause any street or alley to be paved, and to assess the cost of such paving in equal proportions against the owners of the lots abutting or bounding thereon in proportion to the distance of frontage owned by each.
