| Recording to Baraki Tsegaye, a taxi cab driver, a light pole fell on him while he was waiting for a fare outside the W Hotel on Poydras Street in New Orleans. He was injured and sued Royal Engineers & Consultants, L.L.C., among others. Royal Engineers had contractually undertaken certain obligations respecting this and other light poles owned by the City of New Orleans.
