Action to set aside a sheriff’s certificate of sale in a proceeding to foreclose a real estate mortgage by action. The appeal is from an order denying plaintiff’s alternate motion for amended findings or for a new trial.

No error is claimed in the proceedings leading up to and including the judgment of foreclosure, which was for the sum of $436.58 plus costs and disbursements. The judgment of foreclosure was entered on July 30, 1923, based upon findings of fact and cou elusions of law, made and filed by the district court in and for Marshall county on July 17, 1923. A. N.
