We grant the motion for rehearing, withdraw our prior opinion, and issue the following in its place.

Appellants challenge a substantial judgment against them in favor of the Office of the Attorney General (“OAG”) for unfair and deceptive trade practices allegedly committed in connection with the provision of services for delinquent mortgagors.
