Appellant, James C. Martin, filed a claim m tbe Dearborn Circuit Court against tbe estate of Walter Hayes, deceased, of whichDeWitt C. Eitch and James C. Hayes were executors named in the will of said Walter. Tbe claim originated thus : Said Walter Hayes, in his lifetime, was a stockholder in the Lawrenceburgh Woollen Manufacturing Company. That company failed, largely indebted. The appellant, one of its creditors, filed tbe claim above mentioned against tbe estate of said Walter, upon bis alleged personal liability while living, and that of his stock since bis decease, for said indebtedness…
