This opinion deals with the appeal from the 1942 assessment on Block 19, Lot A-3, Twelfth Street, Jersey City. The property, which is the subject-matter of this appeal, consists of 58,500 square feet of level land together with the improvements thereon, to wit, 24 steel, oil storage tanks, two small buildings, and a pipe line to the water front at Pier 10 of the Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad Company.
