Error from Miami District Court. The plaintiff in error, the Missouri Pacific railway company, was defendant in the court below, and the defendants in error, M. Stults and George Neiswender, partners doing business under the firm-name and style of Stults .& Neiswender, were plaintiffs in the court below.
