Kenneth Johnson appeals from his jury conviction for unlawful possession of heroin, a violation of § 195.020, RSMo 1986. He was sentenced to 15 years’ imprisonment. Appellant raises three points on appeal. First, he alleges error due to the admission of testimony that police investigations and prior arrests had been made in the area where appellant was arrested and that the arresting officers recognized appellant.
