This suit, which is an action in the ordinary form of trespass to try title, was brought by the appellee, the Texas Land and Mortgage Company, Limited, against the heirs of Patrick Curran, deceased, and the administratrix of his estate, to re cover certain lots situated in the city of Dallas. The case was tried by the court without the intervention of a jury, and judgment was rendered in favor of the appellee, from which judgment the administratrix alone has appealed.
