A decree of divorce was granted the plaintiff from the defendant on April 16, 1937, by the Superior Court. • In this it was ordered that the care, custody and education of an adopted child be committed to plaintiff. On September 24, 1937, the judgment was modified to include a provision that the defendant pay the plaintiff for the support of the child, the sum of $7.00 per week until the first Tuesday of February, 1938, which order, on January 28, 1938, was extended to comprehend the minority of the child.
