Appellant, Leonard Carter, was convicted by a jury of the crime of pimping under former RCW 9.79.060(3). His main contention on appeal concerns the constitutionality and interpretation of RCW 9.79.060(3). Appellant also asserts the trial court erred in ruling that under RCW 10.52.030, 2 the court lacked discretion to prohibit the prosecutor from introducing evidence of appellant's prior conviction for "soliciting a minor for immoral purposes" for impeachment purposes. We affirm the judgment and sentence.
