On October 29, 2002, various creditors of Durango Georgia Paper Company (“Du-rango”) filed a Chapter 7 involuntary bankruptcy petition under 11 U.S.C. § 303 against Durango. Durango consented to the involuntary petition and moved for mandatory conversion of the case to one under Chapter 11. On November 19, 2002, Durango Georgia Converting Corporation and Durango Georgia Converting, LLC, filed voluntary petitions under Chapter 11. The three cases are being…
