Appellant filed a claim in the county court against the estate of appellee’s intestate, John Barr, and the same was allowed by the order of said court.

From this order Elizabeth Downey a creditor of the estate, prosecuted an appeal to the circuit court, where upon hearing, the first two items in the account, for funeral expenses and attendance in last illness of deceased, were allowed, and the third item founded upon a due bill alleged to have been given by deceased to appellant for $1,081.50, was rejected.
