50th judicial district, specially presiding, July 28, 1930.— W. N. R. Copley, the plaintiff, being the owner of a tract of land situated in the Borough of Manorville, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania, leased a portion thereof to the Department of Highways of this Commonwealth (hereinafter called “Department”) for storage purposes, with the right to erect thereon a storage shed.
