THIS MATTER comes on for consideration of Defendant International Connection Inc.’s Motion to Dismiss and for Summary Judgment filed November 21, 1997 (doc. 9). In pertinent part, Defendant seeks dismissal of this action based upon lack of personal jurisdiction. Pursuant to this court’s order dated December 22, 1997 (doc. 23), the parties were granted thirty days to complete discovery confined to the issue of personal jurisdiction.
