JONES, Chief Judge.
This action has been brought by the Board of County Commissioners of Sedgwick County, State of Kansas, for taxes allegedly lawfully assessed, due, and owing upon certain real property located in Sedgwick County, Kansas, for the years 1944, 1945, 1946,- and 1947. Jurisdiction is conferred upon this court by a special act of Congress, Public Law No. 5, 82d Congress, 1st Sess., approved March 19, 1951, 65 Stat. 5, reading as follows:
