Byus v. Mid-Century Insurance Co.

I do not believe this automobile policy insuring against injuries inflicted by an uninsured motorist contemplated additional coverage for gunshot injuries. I dissent for the reasons explained in Willard v. Kelley, 808 P.2d 1124, 1135 (Okla.1990), (Summers, J., concurring in part and dissenting in part).
