The complaint in the above entitled action was filed in the Superior Court in and for the County of Los Angeles, State of *882California, on July 2, 1946. Named as defendants were: Paramount Pictures, Inc., a corporation; Samuel Goldwyn Productions, Inc., a corporation; Goldwyn Pictures Corporation, a corporation; Samuel Goldwyn Studios, a corporation; Samuel Goldwyn, Inc., a corporation; One Doe; Two Doe.
