This is a claim for compensation by an injured workman under the Workmen’s Compensation Act.

The Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, which is charged with the administration of the Workmen’s Compensation Act, is under the direction and con trol of tbe Commission of Labor and Industrial Relations.
