Nelson S. Clark died on April 28, 1925. In his last will and testament he provided, after a number of specific bequests: “I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my property, real personal and mixed, and wheresoever situated, to my Executors hereinafter named and to their successor or successors, in trust, nevertheless for the uses and purposes as follows: that is to say: * * * 3.
