This is a suit to foreclose a vendor’s lien and to enjoin the enforcement of a lien, allegedly junior to the vendor’s lien, arising as a result of a construction loan. Westglen Park, Inc., respondent herein, instituted this action in the district court of Dallas County against W. P. Maddox, the vendee, and Pacific Mutual Life Insurance Company, the holder of the construction loan lien.
