Defendant and Charles Rouse were jointly indicted for violating Georgia’s Controlled Substances Act, i.e., selling cocaine. The evidence adduced at a jury trial revealed the following: At about 9:00 in the evening of April 8, 1988, Special Agent Kim Brown of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation was working undercover with a confidential informant.
