Defendant appeals from a decree ■granting plaintiff a divorce and property settlement.

The hill of complaint alleged many instances, at specific times and places, of harsh and insulting language directed to plaintiff by defendant, of his calling her vile and obscene names privately and in the presence of others, of his refusal to associate with her socially, of his association with other women, and one of his threatening her life.
