¶ 1. This is a review of a published decision of the court of appeals, Eau Claire County v. General Teamsters Union Local No. 662, 228 Wis. 2d 640, 599 N.W.2d 423 (Ct. App. 1999), reversing a judgment of the Circuit Court for Eau Claire County, Paul J. Lenz, Judge. The circuit court enjoined the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission (WERC) from acting on a prohibited practice complaint filed by General Teamsters Union Local No. 662.
