Ramey v. Twin Butte School District
North Dakota Supreme Court
1Opinion of the Court
KAPSNER, Justice.
[¶ 1] Barbara Ramey (“Ramey”) appeals from a summary judgment dismissing her employment discrimination claim against Twin Buttes School District (“Board”).
