OPINION OF THE COURT
ROSENN, Circuit Judge.
This case presents the second appeal from a decision of the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, raised by Robert Troisio (“Troisio” or the “Trustee”), the liquidating trustee for the estate of Global Tissue LLC (“Global Tissue”). Troisio argues that three payments made by Global Tissue to E.B. Eddy Forest Products Ltd. (“Eddy”) and Domtar Industries, Inc. (“Domtar”) (collectively “Creditors”) during the ninety day period prior to filing a petition for bankruptcy should be avoided under 11 U.S.C. § 547(b) as preference payments. The…
