Fuller v. Stapp

In April, 1910, the plaintiffs purchased from the defendants, Isaac S. Stapp and Mattie Stapp, certain lands and property situated in Boulder county and known as Stapp’s Lakes, f— a consideration agreed upon between the parties, a sj^all portion of which was paid in cash, and the balance by notes and deeds of trust against the property securing the same. The plaintiffs took and continued in the possession of the property in pursuance of the purchase.
