This bill is brought by the plaintiff, as receiver of the late firm of Gardner .«Sc Brother, of East Greenwich, housewrights. He was appointed to this receivership by a decretal order of one of the justices of this court, on a bill, filed by George C. Kenyon, administrator of William A. Gardner, the deceased partner of the above firm, against Benjamin W. Gardner, the surviving partner, for the administration of the partnership property, and to compel the application of the same to the payment of the copartnership debts.
